By creating an account or using TowTime Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate company information.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Trials last 14 days. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Plan limits (drivers, employees, features) are enforced by the application.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or use TowTime Pro for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data and ownership
You own the data you create in TowTime Pro. We use it solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violations of these terms. Canceled accounts retain read-only access for a grace period before final suspension.
