We collect account information (name, email, phone), company information you provide during onboarding, and operational data you create within the platform (jobs, customers, vehicles, invoices). We also collect usage analytics to improve the service.
How we use information
To provide and maintain the service, process payments through our payment processor, send operational and account notifications, comply with legal obligations, and improve our features.
Data isolation
Every company's data is isolated by a secure company identifier. No company can access another company's jobs, customers, vehicles, invoices, or any other records.
Payment processing
Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store complete card details on TowTime Pro servers.
Data retention
We retain your data for the life of your account. Canceled accounts enter a restricted read-only period before final suspension, giving you time to export your data.
